County Heating, who are the preferred contractor for Cornwall County Council, were employed to install the new system. Mark Mingo, Director of County Heating, comments "We really like the new Zenex system because it was easy to install, feed up valuable space in the plant room and with the addition of hte Zenex GasSaver on the condensing Baxi boilers gives a real energy efficiency improvement. Mark commented that the technical support from Zenex had been superb and helped with addressing technical issues which meant there was no delay in installation.

To fit in with Fifteen sustainable thinking County Heating were proud to provide eco friendly high-efficiency Clyde wall-hung boilers, one with an output of 58 kW and the other 77 kW boilers being fitted with pre-mix modulating burners.
Hot water is stored in two Clyde SU calorifiers being linked to an energy-recovery system that extracts heat from the kitchen ventilation system to provide 25 to 30% of the energy needed for water heating.

Renewal of main boiler plant with 3 new gas fired Stokvis boilers and flue systems serving existing zones but with new pump sets, Hoval calorfiers and a new stored water boosted installation.
Provision of new BMS system and in-house build control panel, all installation work undertaken and completed without disruption to the normal operation of the Leisure Centre.
