Control Systems and Panels

The company has built up many years of experience in the design and manufacture of control panels.

All panels are designed and manufactured in house and can be produced in GRP or epoxy powder coated steel.

They can be built to a supplied specification or we can work with the client to produce a custom design.

All components are sourced from well respected companies such as Telemecanique, Hager, Finder etc; however alternative suppliers can be used on request.

Panels are normally produced with 24VAC control circuits for added safety.

BMS Systems

We are fully experienced in the installation and commissioning of intelligent Building Management Systems form companies such as Allen-Martin, TAC Satchwell etc. We are approved Satchwell system partners for the south west and can offer a flexible control solution.

We are also able to undertake maintenance contracts on all types of BMS and controls.

A controls methodology is drawn up prior to the design to ensure that the system matches the requirements of the end user. A full BMS system can save up to 20% of energy costs by ensuring that comfort conditions are achieved and maintained regardless of the outside conditions.

Modern boiler plant has the ability to be controlled by an analogue signal to precisely match the heat loss requirements without the need for additional mixing valves. As a result on condensing boilers, because they are running at reduced temperatures for much of the year, achieve maximum performance and efficiency.

Control requirements are usually drawn up with reference to Building regulations and other good practice guides.
